皆川淇园（1735年1月1日-1807年6月21日），是江户时代中期的儒学者。“淇园”是“号”，名字是“愿”，字是“伯恭”，俗称“文藏”，别号是“有斐斋”。父亲都是川成庆（春洞、白洲），弟弟是国学者富士谷成章（层城、北边），外甥是国学者富士谷御杖。出生在京都。
